Laturanta

Laturanta, maintained by Kuusan Latu, is located on the shore of Lake Kaajärvi in Jaala. The place is primarily intended for members' recreational use, and it offers facilities for spending summer days in the lap of nature. The area has a shallow and child-friendly sandy beach, well suited for swimming. Laturanta's facilities include a sauna, a grill shelter, a summer kitchen with dining space, and a pier from which you can fish or go rowing. For overnight stays, there is a rentable storehouse in the area, and in the yard there is the possibility of camping as well as use by caravans and motorhomes with electrical outlets. Day visitors are not required to book in advance, but must have a membership card with them. Use is cheaper for members, and a fee is charged as a daily usage fee, which includes the area's services. Outside the summer season, the cottage is also available for rent.
