Saunos offers hot and cold therapy experiences at two distinct locations. The Sandycove location is in a seaside village, providing a beachy atmosphere. This site includes a large sauna, three 6ft ice baths with temperatures between 2 and 12 degrees Celsius, and a giant cold plunge pool. The Sandycove site is spacious and can accommodate private group bookings. Across both locations, saunas operate within a temperature range of 85°c to 100°c, with essential oil blends available. Cold plunges maintain temperatures from 2°c to 12°c, utilizing spacious 6ft steel temperature-controlled baths where water is filtered and changed daily. The services aim to support muscle recovery, circulation, stress relief, and improved sleep.
