This sauna has public shifts

The camp cabin was built in the 1960s and was originally acquired by private individuals for the use of the Salon Samoojat scout troop. At that time, the Kerimäki parish acted as the troop's supporting community. The grounds include, in addition to the cabin building, a separate sauna building and a campfire site. The area also contains the Huosio church forest and forest church. The facilities today serve various activities of the Savonlinna parish, such as men's sauna evenings and other gatherings. The buildings are located in a natural setting that provides a setting for outdoor activities and quiet reflection.
