Hauhia Mill is a historic experience accommodation destination and event venue located in Miehikkälä. Situated on the banks of the Vaalimaanjoki rapids, the over 140-year-old mill and its historic storehouses offer accommodation that always includes the opportunity to enjoy the sauna as well as canoeing. In addition to accommodation, Hauhia Mill serves as a stage for cultural events such as the Hauhia Kantri festival and the Finland's Best Country Song competition. The area is also home to the unique ITE (outsider art) attraction Sylvin Maailma, which comprises hundreds of concrete and clay statues as well as a chainsaw sculpture park.
