Wilderness Hotel Muotka is located in the middle of the Lapland wilderness in the Kakslauttanen area, near Saariselkä. The location, embraced by the fells, offers wonderful conditions for outdoor activities and relaxation all year round, although the hotel is closed during the summer season. There are accommodation options to suit many tastes, from traditional rooms to more special experiential lodgings. The Aurora Cabin is a glass-roofed cabin that allows admiring the starry sky and the northern lights directly from the bed. The more spacious Log Cabins offer panoramic views of the wilderness or river landscape, and some of them are equipped with their own sauna. The Wilderness Rooms are stylishly furnished and located near the main building or in separate buildings. In addition, there are Superior rooms with saunas as well as romantic riverside rooms and suites.
