Pajuniemi Manor is a 535-square-meter, three-story manor completed in 2008. It accommodates 1–20 people and has six bedrooms with a total of 11 beds plus nine extra beds. The manor has two bathrooms and two WCs, and pets are allowed. The lowest floor houses the sauna section, WC facilities, kitchen, and dining area, which can be converted into a party, meeting, or training space. On the lower yard there is the manor's own outdoor hot tub, and the yard area has a year-round barbecue hut and a summer swimming beach with a pier. The middle floor has an entertainment center with a PlayStation, billiards, air hockey, and a tap-wall. The top floor has accommodation and living spaces, including a living room, WC/shower room, and mini-kitchen. Each floor has its own covered balcony with a view of Lake Iso-Sapsojärvi.
