Katajistonranta is an event and recreation area located in Aulanko, Hämeenlinna, on the shore of Lake Vanajavesi. The area has a manor building constructed in the 1830s, as well as an event barn suitable for larger groups for organizing various meetings and parties. The site has two lakeside saunas available for rent: the summer-use Olympia sauna and the year-round Lasiranta sauna, each containing two separate steam rooms, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a covered terrace. A heatable hot tub can be booked in connection with both saunas, and there is access to swim in the lake from both. Food catering for events can be ordered through the partner catering company, or customers can bring their own food and drinks. In addition, the area offers equipment rental and various guided nature and water activities, such as SUP boarding, canoeing, snowshoeing and fatbiking.
