Studio Sante Uzdrowisko Miejskie is a comprehensive wellness and spa complex located in the Praga-Północ district of Warsaw. It distinguishes itself as the first hydrogen spa in Europe, integrating hydrogen-rich water technology throughout its facilities to provide antioxidant and anti-aging benefits. The center is designed to serve as a city sanctuary, offering a wide array of relaxation and health-promoting experiences just fifteen minutes from the city center. The facility features a diverse water and thermal zone where guests can swim in a recreational pool filled with structured water or soak in specialized hydrogen and silicon jacuzzis. Beyond the standard heat and water experiences, Studio Sante offers unique relaxation environments such as the Goldarium, a resting room lined with 22-carat gold panels, and a salt cave equipped with a brine graduation tower. Guests can also utilize the floating cabin for sensory deprivation therapy, collagen light therapy lamps for skin health, and a "Sunny Meadow" area that simulates safe sunlight.
