Kerhotalo Marketa is a community house located in Markkuu, Tyrnävä, belonging to the Markkuu Allotment Garden Association, which is rented out for private family celebrations of the association's cottage owners. A condition for renting is that the renting cottage owner participates in the event themselves, and the rental always concerns only the pre-agreed space rather than the entire building. Use of the house's outdoor areas, such as shelters and tents, must be agreed upon in advance. It is possible to book a sauna separately for events for an additional fee, but private sauna sessions are not granted during the association's own general sauna evenings.
