Güs is a Scandinavian-style sauna and wellness space in Sheffield city centre, located in the historic former Sunday School building. It features two saunas, ice baths, and a café. They offer both 'Free Flow' unguided sessions and 'Guided' experiences involving heat, music, and essential oils.
