Behind SaunaAtlas are two passionate sauna enthusiasts with experience from thousands of different saunas both in Finland and abroad. By combining years of enthusiasm, business and product expertise, and technical experience, the team decided to create a solution to a problem they themselves felt: how to easily find the next unforgettable sauna experience. The result was something unique: SaunaAtlas.

Tapani Saarinen

Tapani is the founder and app developer of SaunaAtlas. He is a sauna enthusiast who has saunaed in over a thousand saunas and a hundred smoke saunas in different countries. Tapani has decades of experience in founding and working in startup companies. He has built systems from scratch that handle tens of millions of euros in revenue. Tapani holds a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Janne is the founder and business developer of SaunaAtlas. He is a sauna enthusiast and entrepreneur who has enjoyed the soft löyly of nearly a thousand saunas. Janne is the developer of the revolutionary Oravakauha and has successfully commercialized it worldwide. Janne holds a Master's degree in Business Administration.
